Smart Reseller – the role of a Smart Reseller falls directly underneath the Smart Dealer in terms of hierarchy. There can be a number of Smart Resellers in a given region or territory.

• Typically a non-exclusive setup that’s active within a territory, region, or country.
• Smart Resellers typically work on an over-ridding commission basis as per successful confirmed purchase orders attained each quarter.
• Smart Resellers are non-independent entities that sell the product, however supply, installation, & delivery are typically handled by a third-party or by the principal itself i.e. SmartPools™ International.
• SmartPools™ International provides training on matters of Sales & Technical.

Smart Dealer – the role of a Smart Dealer falls directly underneath the Smart MD/ Distributor in terms of hierarchy. There can be a number of Smart Dealers in a given region or territory.

• Can be active in any given region, territory, or country.
• Non-Exclusive Business Model.
• SmartPools™ International provides training on matters of Sales & Technical.
• Smart Dealers are typically independent entities that supply, deliver, & install products.
• Advise SmartPools™ International on the local marketing efforts required to push/pull customers within their respective defined territories.

Smart Distributor – the role of a Smart Distributor falls directly underneath the Smart Master Distributor in terms of hierarchy. There could be more than one Smart Distributor per region or territory depending on size of Territory.

• Typically handles an exclusively defined region or territory as opposed to country.
• Exclusive Business Model.
• SmartPools™ International provides comprehensive training and support on matters of Sales & Technical.
